All product and inventory that we sell, initially comes into our warehouse where a random piece is taken from the shipment. Using this piece, we inspect for any faults or incorrect dimensions, making sure that it exceeds standards placed on every item. It is important to us that OEM’s get the highest quality material available.

Some of the tests the the parts undergo are:

·         Correct angle and tolerances

·         I.D. test

·         Material certs

·         Print verification

·         And more to ensure product quality

We are happy to provide samples of the products we sell for pre-production testing by any company interested in working with our business.

Components On Demand was founded on the idea and values of providing quality parts to OEM’s at an affordable price. We are backed by over 70 years of sales experience in power transmission parts, industrial conveyer belt goods, and hose assemblies.

Through our professional association with Thaman Rubber Co., we have access to
fabrication equipment and workforce that allows us to fulfill any of your needs.
